Shipping & Refunds.


For all jewelry orders where products are in stock, order will be shipped within 2 business days.

For custom jewelry orders, products will be shipped within 2 business days of customer approval and payment being processed.

Orders containing oils, bundles or accessories such as diffusers will usually be shipped within 2 business days, except where products are on backorder or custom items not always in stock. In these circumstances, orders will usually be shipped with in 3-5 business days. If there is going to be a delay where orders will not be shipped within 5 business days, the customer will be contacted and advised of the delay and expected shipping date and be given the option to cancel the order if they are unwilling to wait for the product(s) to arrive.

Refund Policy

All orders are final and no refunds will be provided due to change of mind, however as per statutory requirements, a refund or credit note will be provided where a product is faulty or not as advertised. Upon initiating such a request, return postage will be the responsibility of the customer and a refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the faulty product.
